TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using Hisaabak (حسابك), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Hisaabak operates as an AI-powered retail backbone and smartphone-driven POS SaaS platform.

If you are agreeing to these Terms on behalf of a business or digital shop profile, you represent that you have full legal authority to bind that entity.

2. Shop Profiles & Multi-Tenancy

  • •Shop Registration: Accounts create digital shop profiles bound securely via database Row Level Security (RLS) policies. You are fully responsible for maintaining shop profile accuracy.
  • •First Shop Bonus (7-Day Trial): Your first digital shop is granted an automatic, full-feature 7-day trial starting on profile creation. No credit card details are required upfront.
  • •Subsequent Shops & Plans: Additional shop profiles require an active paid subscription plan (50, 100, 300, or 500 USD) to unlock scanner execution and analytics modules.

3. AI Visual Recognition & Data Use

Hisaabak integrates Gemini 1.5 Flash AI visual detection to process product images for inventory cataloging (the SOSAD method) and real-time hybrid scanning.

// AI Usage Policy Guidelines

1. Photos uploaded during product setup are transmitted securely via API proxies to generate automatic name/category suggestions.

2. You agree not to upload non-retail images, offensive media, or images violating third-party intellectual property.

4. Transactions & Database Security

Checkout operations trigger direct atomic SQL transactions to ensure accurate live inventory decrements and financial ledger integrity.

While Hisaabak provides local caching and real-time database syncing, you remain responsible for ensuring active internet connectivity during critical transaction settlements.

5. Trial Expiration & Access Suspension

Upon expiration of your 7-day trial, or in the absence of an active subscription for non-trial shop profiles, access to the hybrid scanner module and advanced analytics feeds will be automatically restricted. Access can be restored immediately upon plan activation.
